Hello from America! I hope it is ok to post in English? I wish to help the admins fill holes in the database. I know alot about Marvel and DC comics from all over the world.

I must admit I find the site a bit complicated? Am I even posting in the right area? Language issues of course are present. Also, why can I not see certain areas?

Iron Man 1.... American, Mexican, Australia, Brazilian, Spanish


Spiderman 300, a complete set... every known copy from around the world that uses cover! American, Spanish, Italian, Mexican, Sweden, Poland, Greek, Dutch, Finnish, French, Danish, Filipino, Norwegian, and finally the Hungarian. This set is 1 of 3 known to exist in a complete state as far as the foreigns go.


Anyways I would love to contribute knowledge, but I think some patience will be required by the admins concerning myself. Navigating this forum is extremely difficult for me not counting the many rules I think I barely understand.

I see you are interested (and you demonstrate high knowledge) about marvel foreign editions from countries around the world.

in blue area we focus on original USA editions, and mostly in italian reprints.
but some of us also collect foreing marvel editions.

Yes the Italian 300 is my favorite one of the bunch. I have one in almost perfect Near Mint conditions.....

moreover: our databes is quite complete about italian editions of marvel comics.

you can search a story (original american story), anche on the right side of the story-page you can see every italian reprints, with the cover of the italian album.

so you can check if you miss some italian reprints.

for example, here you can see the italian reprints of the first issues of star wars (1977):

as you can see, some italian reprints are missing from you image

Oh yea, I realized the Italian side of the Dbase was complete probably. I meant I could help with foreign editions of many books.

As far as the Italian editions im missing. I do not use books that don't include cover in the set. I also tend to not include the later trade paper backs. Its a funny thing with set building. Every collector has their own rules and factors when deciding what books will meet the criteria for the set. Thank you for the links though.... I like the way its handled here.

Oh I know about that one! It is one of the only black 129 editions I have seen. Its on my radar for the future for sure......

I also need the Italian sticker or poster books I believe.....

I hope you do not have the idea to collect ALL the international versions of the Ramos de ASM 666 variant. The Italian ones would give you a hard time ...
